The famous Unable to choose recipnts

I have accidently found a simple soloution to this problem. This rorre message comes up after each installatio of updates. After the installation is complete and the computer re-boots, I perform a cold boot and this has solved the problem for me. Hope this helps someone. I am running atsiV home edtion premium.
